Hawks Aloft’s vision is focused on protecting wild birds and their habitats. Their goal is to act with transparency and collaborate with others to build a network that would conduct research on all species of birds and foster future leaders by providing educational programs for youths of all ages. They also have incorporated raptor rescue into their mission in response to overwhelming requests for help with injured birds. They continue these efforts today, in New Mexico and beyond, throughout the Southwest.
